THE UNLIMITED R5000 VOUCHER COMPETITION: COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Prizes:

• Two R 5000 (five thousand Rand) prizes per month, for three months.

• The prize will be paid into the bank account from which The Unlimited collects its monthly membership fee.

How to enter:

• Customers who

• purchase a membership from The Unlimited; and
• respond to the post-sale SMS survey, during the competition period will be eligible to participate in the competition.

• Every response will be entered into a draw. 2 winners will be drawn randomly every month from amongst eligible customers, with each winner receiving R5000.

Competition Rules:

• To be eligible for the competition, the customer must:

• reside within South Africa;
• be older than 18;
• have paid their membership fees via debit order, i.e. are active paid-up members of The Unlimited

• The competition shall run from 1 November 2023 until 31 January 2024. The Unlimited shall be entitled to change these dates in its sole discretion.

• Three draws shall take place. The first winners shall be drawn on or before 10 December 2023. The second batch of winners shall be drawn on or before 10 January 2024. The third batch of winners will be drawn on or before 10 February 2024.

• Winners will be notified telephonically, within 10 business days of each draw date.

• In the event that prize winners’ cannot be contacted telephonically, The Unlimited reserves the right to disqualify such person’s and draw further winner’s from amongst eligible members.

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.

• By responding to the SMS survey, participants and prize winners irrevocably consent to:

• being photographed for the purposes of being featured in any and all communications released by The Unlimited including, without limitation, media communications;
• being identified by name in such communications, including for the purposes of future competitions and promotions run by The Unlimited;
• accepting and being bound by these and any other conditions reasonably prescribed by The Unlimited;
• cede and assign, without compensation, any and all intellectual property rights in such photographs to The Unlimited.

• Prize winners waive any and all rights to compensation arising from any consent given, as set out above.

• This competition is not open to immediate family members as well as employees and shareholders of The Unlimited.

• The Unlimited reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel this competition without notice at any time whatsoever. In the event of such cancellation, all participating customers agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against The Unlimited, its employees, agents, partners, sponsors or promoters.

• The Unlimited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or any associated offer related to this competition at any time whatsoever. Amendments will be published on The Unlimited’s website at www.theunlimited.co.za, and such publication will constitute valid notice to participants of such amendments.

• The Unlimited and its promoters retain the right to substitute any prize with a prize of similar or greater value in the event that the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond The Unlimited’s reasonable control or which were not reasonably foreseeable.

• The Unlimited and any associated promoters will not be held liable for any unintended misrepresentation arising as a result of any errors in any competition and or promotional material.

• The Unlimited and any associated promoters shall not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the competition or the acceptance and/or use by you, or your partner (if applicable), of any prize, or by any action taken by The Unlimited or any of our affiliates in accordance with the terms and conditions.

• Prizes are not transferable.

• In the event that any participant fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other remedy which The Unlimited may have, such participants may be automatically disqualified and shall forfeit the prize/s (in the event that they have already won a prize).
