How do I cancel my debit order with the Unlimited?

Give us a call on 0861 990 000 or send an email to customercare@theunlimited.co.za.

How do I stop your agents from calling me?
You can give us a call on 0861 990 000 or email customercare@theunlimited.co.za and request an agent to submit your name to our Do Not Contact list.
How do I change my bank details?

Call 0861 990 000 or email customercare@theunlimited.co.za. We’ll also SMS you to verify the change.

How do I check if my policy payments or details are up to date?

Call 0861 990 000 and we’ll check your details.

Does The Unlimited offer cash back?

Some of our products offer cash back. Please check the policy terms of your membership to see whether your policy includes this. In order to qualify, you will need to have made a certain number of successful consecutive debit payments. If you do, a cash back payment could be (for example) an amount equal to one year of monthly fee payments.

When and how will my membership and policy information get delivered to me?

Option 1: If you have a smartphone or email address we can send it to you right away.

Option 2: Download The Unlimited App and keep your membership and policy information handy.

Option 3: For postal delivery, call 0861 990 000 and we’ll post it to you. Delivery may take two to three weeks.

I have lost my membership card.

Call 0861 990 000 and we’ll send you a new one.

Where can I get information on my product?

Either call 0861 990 000, or else you can refer to our website or use The Unlimited App.

My welcome pack (with membership and policy information) hasn’t been delivered.

My product is not on the site

We don’t list all our products on the website. If your product is not on our site, please call 0861 990 000 for information on the policy.

My debit order didn’t go through.

You will need to make a manual payment. Call 0861 990 000 and an agent will assist you. If your debit order was not successful,  you won’t be covered. It is essential that you pay the monthly fee in order to qualify for the benefits listed under the product.
