Need to make a Tyre & Rim Claim?

We’ve got you covered. Your Tyre & Rim cover is underwritten by our trusted partner, Dotsure and claiming is quick and easy!

How to claim:

1. Call Dotsure on 0861 368 7873 to get your claim started.
2. They’ll give you a claim number - be sure to keep it safe.
3. Send your supporting documents to Dotsure (they’ll provide the email address when you call).

What you’ll need:

• A quote or invoice for your tyre or rim damage.
• A photo of your vehicle’s licence disc.
• A photo of the damaged tyre or rim.
• A photo of the tyre tread measurement reading (tyre tread must be at least 1mm to qualify for a claim).
• A copy of your latest policy schedule (if you can’t find it, just let us know and we’ll resend it right away).

Important to know:

• There’s a 30-day waiting period from the start date of your policy. Damage that occurred before your policy started, or during this waiting period, won’t be covered.
• You must send all required documents within 7 days, or your claim will be automatically cancelled.
