Starting your claim is easy.

What do I need to get my claim started?

• Your completed claim form

• A quotation from an approved dealer within 30 days of starting the claim

• The damage report

• An image of your vehicle license disc

• Records of your service history

• A copy of your latest policy schedule and terms and conditions. (Your policy schedule and welcome pack were sent to you when you signed-up)

Important to know!

There is a 60-day waiting period, calculated from the start date of your policy.

Any damage that occurred before the start of your policy, OR before the end of the waiting period, will not be covered.

Your cover limits are based on the category (A, B or C) that your vehicle qualifies for at the time of claiming. You can find your category in your policy schedule that was sent to you on email.
