Warranty Claim

Need to make a Warranty Claim?

We’ve got you covered. Your Warranty cover is underwritten by our trusted partner, Dotsure and claiming is quick and easy!

Ready? Here’s how to claim:

  1. Visit the Dotsure Claims Portal.
  2. Log in or create your account. 
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to start your claim.
  4. Upload your supporting documents (see checklist below).
  5. Add your bank details so payment can be made directly to you.
  6. Dotsure will review your claim and confirm the outcome. If successful, your cash payout will be made straight into your bank account.

What you’ll need:

  • A quote and damage report from an RMI-approved dealer (within 30 days of starting your claim).
  • A photo of your vehicle’s licence disc.
  • Your vehicle’s full service history records (we need a copy of all the pages and if you’ve lost your service book, your dealership should be able to provide a copy).
  • A copy of your latest policy schedule (if you can’t find it, please let us know and we’ll resend it to you right away).

Important to know:

  • You must submit your claim within 30 days of the breakdown or failure.
  • There’s a 60-day waiting period from the start date of your policy. Damage that occurred before your policy started, or during this waiting period, won’t be covered.
  • Cover limits are based on your vehicle’s category (A, B, or C) and you’ll find your category in your policy schedule.
