Scratch and Dent Claim

We’re here to help you get your car back in tip top shape.

Before we can start your claim, here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Call us on 0861 990 000.

Step 2: Find an authorised panel beater from the list we sent you on sms and get a quote for your damages.

Step 3: Take clear photos of the damage to your car. (Remember we need to see the full panel).

- Take a photo of the damages, including the full panel.

- Take photos of all 4 sides of your car

- Take a photo of your license disc

- Take a photo of your current mileage

Step 4: Send us your quote and photos to autoclaims@theunlimited.co.za and we can assess your claim.
