Chief Brand Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a Brand and Media Strategy
  • Conduct campaign and media research for inclusion in Brand Strategy
  • Manage Television and Radio production partners in respect of performance and relationships
  • Alignment of Media Strategy with the Group Operational Initiates
  • Working closely with the Company’s Sales, Customer, Cellular and Product Teams enabling them to meet the commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate content, tools and material.
  • Develop and recommend product position in terms of media effectiveness to produce the highest possible long-term market share
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all campaigns and media events
  • Manage the interdependency between media strategy and social media presence, in order to improve brand reputation and recognition
  • Undertake continuous analysis of the competitor environment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing or Media
  • Proven track record of success in Television and Radio production
  • At least 10 years in Media Strategy and Planning
  • Up to speed with current Marketing techniques and best practices
  • Customer-orientated approach and aptitude
  • Experienced Director for flighting Television Commercials
  • Ability to critique an advert strategically and not emotionally in a Creative Review
  • Good understanding of Media
  • Must have a Fundamental Knowledge of Media- Television being number one
  • Possess Product Launching Knowledge
