Purpose of the Role:

To elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the real needs of the project stakeholders and co-ordinate implementation to ensure a high quality system. To analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies leveraging technology. To define these explicitly to the technology partner and follow through to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiencies in strategic business development, including business modeling, new business development processes, and process improvement and re-engineering
  • Gather business requirements for further processing and crafting presentations to senior executives
  • Solution testing and verification
  • Liase with outsourced business partner
  • Prioritise requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
  • Impact analysis and risk assessment

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Relevant tertiary degree/diploma
  • 5+ years' experience working with and coordinating implementation of IT projects
  • Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) advantageous
  • Experience in BA in the IT environment an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and solution oriented thinking
  • Negotiation skills
  • Planning and Organisation skills
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
