What your role will be

  • To lead and develop the Product scripting lever within the Front End Distribution business.
  • Ensure a sustainable lift in our rates of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create impulse and excitement.
  • Ability to impulse and sell product through visuals and words.
  • Managing and measuring product performance across all customer channels.
  • Lead testing and development of all new product for our customer business.
  • Lead the Change management process of product into our customer business (launching, switching, new product).
  • Monitor the current performance and enhance the customer scripting lever within customer.
  • Lead development and evolution of this customer scripting lever to improve Rate of Sale for the Customer business.
  • Conceptualization and development of new products for our customer business.
  • Managing of our Strategic Partners and ensuring delivery against their Service Levels.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification (Product and/or Marketing advantageous).
  • Sales Experience and/or mindset.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Marketing and Sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Commercial and Financial Acumen.
  • Relational and articulate- ability to influence through conversation and presentation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong leadership skills.
