We had a call from a friend of Ms Honono who told us that Ms Honono was upset because she didn't know what to do about our debit order on her account – she had never had a call from us, so how did we get her banking details? We got in touch with Ms Honono and we found that her fiancè had signed for a policy but had provided her banking details instead of his own. We refunded Ms Honono immediately and she was happy. We owe Ms Honono a big thanks as her query has been the driver that has helped improve our quality control and thus, our service to our customers.
